ETHICS and FCPA Compliance

MVL is committed to conducting all aspects of our business to the highest legal and ethical standards. In the context of dealings with government officials, we have implemented extensive training on the ‘Foreign Corrupt Practices Act’ (FCPA). Training in the FCPA gives guidance to all persons acting on behalf of MVL, including employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and JV partners, and helps them to understand the legal and ethical issues that can arise in dealings with foreign officials. MVL’s FCPA training program is ongoing and robust and, together with our internal Continuous Improvement Auditor program, permeates our organization from home office to our construction sites.
