Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field preferred

Proven experience as a Site Superintendent in the construction industry

Strong knowledge of construction processes, budgeting, and quality control

Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting technical documents

Familiarity with OSHA regulations and ensuring compliance on-site

Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team
Key
Responsibilities
Manage all on-site activities and personnel to ensure project completion within budget and on schedule

Coordinate with subcontractors,engineers, and suppliers

Monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications

Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on the construction site

Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly
