Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Key
Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in coordination with senior management.

Oversee day-to-day operations of construction activities on-site.

Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials, equipment, and resources.

Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams (civil, structural, MEP, QA/QC, HSE).

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors to resolve design and site issues.

Conduct regular progress meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and contractual requirements.

Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, schedules, and change orders.
-
Prepare periodic management reports highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
-
Oversee project close-out, handover, and final documentation.
