Qualifications
& Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.

Minimum 10 years of QA/QC experience in building construction.
Key
Responsibilities
Prepare, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP).

Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and material submittals.

Conduct site inspections for civil, architectural, and MEP works.

Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals.

Maintain records of NCRs, corrective actions, and test results.

Ensure testing and commissioning activities meet project requirements.

Conduct internal audits and support external audits as required.
