Qualifications
& Skills
Minimum 5–6 years of experience constructing airport Terminal or federal/USACE experience strongly preferred.

Willingness to work in a remote island environment on a rotational or long-term assignment.

Proven experience in construction management or project management within large-scale infrastructure or airport projects.
Key
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of airport terminal construction projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to develop detailed project plans using tools like Primavera P6 and Construction management software.

Oversee daily construction site activities, ensuring safety protocols are followed and quality standards are maintained.

Manage project schedules utilizing project scheduling techniques and software such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to track progress and adjust timelines proactively.

Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation of design intent and contractual obligations.

Utilize construction estimating tools like HeavyBid for cost control and resource allocation throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

Facilitate effective communication across teams through project coordination efforts using tools like ProCore and Bluebeam for documentation and collaboration.
