Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive construction experience, preferably in Project Management, Construction Management, or Senior Superintendent roles.

Demonstrated experience taking over active or partially completed projects and successfully driving them through completion.

Experience managing multi-discipline construction involving structural, civil, utilities, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and MEP coordination

Experience with aircraft hangars, PEB buildings, industrial facilities, military facilities, aviation facilities, or similar complex construction strongly preferred

Previous experience working on USACE, U.S. Federal Government, Department of Defense, or military construction projects is highly desirable

Strong understanding of construction scheduling, sequencing, manpower planning, productivity, and recovery planning.

Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site at Al Dhafra Air Base.

Must be able to meet applicable site access, security, badging, and project requirements.

Take overall field leadership responsibility for the remaining construction activities from approximately 50% completion through final turnover.

Review current project progress, schedule status, manpower, procurement, outstanding RFIs, submittals, material requirements, and unresolved construction issues.

Develop and implement a detailed completion strategy for the remaining work

Coordinate and manage self-perform crews, subcontractors, vendors, equipment, and site resources

Lead daily construction operations and maintain clear priorities for field supervision and trade teams

Coordinate activities related to PEB structures, hangars, civil works, underground utilities, roads, paving, drainage, electrical systems, mechanical systems, plumbing, fire protection, and other MEP scopes

Identify schedule risks, critical path activities, and areas requiring recovery or acceleration

Prepare and drive short-term look-ahead schedules, weekly work plans, manpower plans, and recovery schedules as required
