A graduate of four four-year accredited college or university programs in one of the disciplines: Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Building Construction, or Building Science.

Oversee daily on-site construction activities and progress.

Ensure project execution aligns with design-build specifications and UFC standards.

Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and labor workforce.

Maintain construction schedule and ensure milestones are met.

Enforce compliance with OSHA, local labor laws, and military construction standards.

Conduct daily toolbox talks and enforce proper PPE usage.

Implement and oversee site safety programs, risk assessments, and incident reporting.

Ensure adherence to environmental and security protocols.

Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and contract requirements.

Identify and resolve construction issues or non-compliance items.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance (QA) and third-party inspectors.

Act as the primary point of contact between field teams, engineers, and project managers.

Hold daily/weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Prepare and submit daily progress reports and site activity logs.

Monitor material deliveries and inventory to prevent shortages or delays.

Ensure efficient use of labor, tools, and equipment.

Verify that all materials used are per project specifications.
