Proven at least 05 experience as a Civil Estimator or in a similar role in UAE

Analyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to determine cost estimates.

Prepare detailed and accurate cost breakdowns for materials, labor, and equipment.

Obtain quotes from suppliers and subcontractors to ensure competitive pricing.

Assess project risks, contingencies, and potential cost variations.

Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and clients to refine estimates.

Prepare and submit tender documents and proposals within deadlines.

Review historical data and industry trends to improve estimation accuracy.

Conduct site visits to assess project conditions and requirements.

Maintain records of estimates, budgets, and project cost data for future reference.

Stay updated on construction costs, material prices, and industry best practices.
