Job Responsbilities Include:

• Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
• Managing the vouchering process to ensure that all invoices and payments are accurate and comply with our accounting policies and procedures.
• Issuing payments in a timely manner and reconciling payments against financial records.
• Assisting with the month-end closing process, including preparing and reviewing financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the timely completion of accounting tasks and to identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Providing guidance and support to other team members on financial matters, as needed.
• Providing project controls teams support by analyzing project data, tracking expenses, and preparing project tracking reports.
• Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents.
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions.
• Provide technical support and advice on management.
• Participate in financial standards setting and in forecast process.
• Provide input into department's goal setting process.
• Assets with internal and external audits to ensure compliance.
• Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers
