MEP SITE MANAGER - INDO-PACIFIC REGION

 We are looking for a talented MEP Manager who has a minimum of 3 years of experiencet on Department of Defense construction projects of similar size ($50Million and above) and scope.  

This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations.

What we are looking for:
  • Project management training or certification is required (e.g., PMP, CCM or similar).
  • The individual must be familiar have experience in the areas of hazard identification and safety compliance. Experience on HZID, etc. must be validated through training. Knowledge of EM 385-1-1 US army safety Manual is a plus

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop detailed execution plans, including work schedules, material procurement, and resource allocation for all MEP and fire system works
  • Draft, review, and adjust project schedules, identifying milestones and deadlines in alignment with overall project timelines.
  • Create a comprehensive resource plan, identifying workforce requirements, equipment, tools and material needs.
  • Supervise on-site execution of MEP and fire protection systems, ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards
  • Conduct regular site inspections to verify the quality of work and adherence to applicable regulatory standards (e.g., UFC, NEC, NFPA, ASHRE, IPC, etc.).
  • Track and manage project budgets, controlling expenditures, and identifying opportunities for cost savings.
  • Maintain detailed records of on-site activities, progress reports, and any changes to the original plans
  •  Collaborate closely with civil, structural, architectural, and finishing teams to ensure that MEP and fire systems are integrated seamlessly with other project scopes.
  •  Coordinate with design teams, architects, and other subcontractors to ensure alignment with project designs and standards.

Other Requirement :

US nationals or Candidates holding Transit visa/ B1/B2 visa . Support will be provided for non visa holders.
