We are looking for a skilled and experienced Lab QC Engineer to manage the quality control processes in our laboratory and batch plant.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in Laboratory Quality Control works and Batch Plant
• Strong understanding of material testing, quality assurance processes, and relevant standards

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee and manage all quality control processes in the laboratory and batch plant operations to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan (QCP) that outlines procedures for material testing, inspection, and documentation.
• Ensure that the QCP, project specifications, standards, and codes are consistently followed in all laboratory and batch plant activities.
• Stay updated on relevant standards (e.g., ASTM, USACE) and regulations, ensuring the laboratory operates within legal and safety guidelines.
• Supervise and conduct various tests on construction materials (soil, concrete, aggregates) to evaluate their properties and compliance with specifications.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports, providing recommendations for material usage based on findings.
• Maintain accurate records of all quality control tests and inspections, ensuring proper documentation for regulatory compliance and project accountability.
• Prepare and present quality reports to project management, highlighting any non-conformance issues and suggesting corrective actions.
• Conduct regular internal audits and inspections of laboratory and batch plant operations to assess compliance with the QCP and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during inspections and ensure all findings are addressed promptly.

Other Requirement :

US nationals or Candidates holding Transit visa/ B1/B2 visa. Support will be provided for non visa holders.
