Project Manager - Lebanon

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to manage a critical infrastructure project that will support naval operations and enhance the operational capabilities of the base.

What we are looking for: 

• B.Sc. degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or other relevant degree with commensurate professional experience.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale construction or repair projects, preferably in a military or naval setting
• Strong knowledge of DBB methodology, construction standards, and risk management practices

What You’ll Do: 

• Outline the project scope, timeline, budget, and resources required for the repair project.
• Set clear goals for the design and construction phases, ensuring all parties understand the timeline.
• Work with designers, contractors, the client (e.g., military/naval authorities), and any other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on the project scope and expectations.
• Assess and approve any modifications to the design, ensuring compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.
• Facilitate communication between the design team and client to ensure requirements are met and potential issues are addressed early.
• Work with cost estimators and financial officers to ensure the project stays within budget during both the design and construction phases.
• Track project expenses and implement corrective actions if costs exceed the budget.
• Ensure that construction progresses according to the approved design, budget, and schedule.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders on the project’s status, highlighting key milestones, issues, and changes.
• Ensure that the repair work is completed in accordance with the contract specifications and that the final inspection is successful
