We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to manage a critical infrastructure project that will support naval operations and enhance the operational capabilities of the base.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the project management team, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Develop and maintain the construction schedule, ensuring all tasks are planned and sequenced effectively.
- Adjust the schedule as necessary to accommodate weather conditions, material deliveries, and workforce availability.
- Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress and upcoming tasks.
- Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with the Quality Control Manager to address any issues.
- Ensure that all materials and work meet the required standards and specifications.
- Manage the utilization of materials, tools, and equipment on-site to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials to ensure they are available when needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as required.
- Maintain effective communication with the project manager, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on site activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
