 We are seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to manage a critical infrastructure project that will support naval operations and enhance the operational capabilities of the base.

What we are looking for:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

What You’ll Do 

  • Oversee the daily operations of the construction site, ensuring that work progresses according to schedule and within budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the project management team, subcontractors, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain the construction schedule, ensuring all tasks are planned and sequenced effectively.
  • Adjust the schedule as necessary to accommodate weather conditions, material deliveries, and workforce availability.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors to discuss progress and upcoming tasks.
  • Monitor the quality of work performed by subcontractors to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and coordinate with the Quality Control Manager to address any issues.
  • Ensure that all materials and work meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Manage the utilization of materials, tools, and equipment on-site to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
  • Coordinate the delivery and storage of materials to ensure they are available when needed.
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders for materials as required.
  • Maintain effective communication with the project manager, clients, and stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and changes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on site activities, progress, and any issues that arise.
  • Document all project-related activities, including daily logs, safety inspections, and incident
