We are seeking a candidate for QC Civil Specialist role who will play a vital role in ensuring that all civil construction activities meet the highest quality standards, are completed on time, and comply with project specifications and regulations.
This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the civil construction sector.
- Experience with USACE projects or similar federal government contracts is preferred.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Quality Control Plan for civil works.
- Conduct regular inspections of construction activities and verify the quality of materials used.
- Oversee testing and evaluation of civil engineering materials.
- Maintain detailed records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
- Provide training to field personnel on quality control practices.
- Assist in preparing for audits by USACE or other regulatory bodies.
Other Requirement :
US nationals or Candidates holding Transit visa/ B1/B2 visa . Support will be provided for non visa holders.
