We are seeking a candidate for Foreman/Crew Lead role who has a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supervising Department of Defense construction projects of similar size($50Million & above) and scope.
This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations.

What we are looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus but not typically required for this role.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role (Foreman, Crew Lead, or similar).
- Experience working on USACE projects or other federal/military construction projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing crews in earthwork, concrete, utilities, structural, or other relevant trades.
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction crew, including laborers, equipment operators, and skilled trades.
- Ensure crew members are following work schedules and completing tasks according to project specifications and deadlines.
- Lead by example to promote a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Plan daily tasks and allocate resources (labor, equipment, materials) to ensure smooth progress of construction activities.
- Coordinate with the Site Superintendent or Project Manager to ensure alignment with project timelines and milestones.
- Adjust schedules and priorities as needed to address any issues or delays in the work.
- Ensure all construction work adheres to project specifications, drawings, and USACE quality standards.
- Perform regular checks on work completed to ensure accuracy and quality, reporting any deficiencies or issues.
- Ensure compliance with the Three-Phase Quality Control (3PQC) process as required on USACE projects.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, USACE EM 385-1-1 safety standards, and company safety protocols.
- Conduct daily safety briefings (toolbox talks) with the crew and ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is being used properly.
- Report and address any safety hazards or incidents immediately to the safety officer or project manager.
- Keep accurate records of daily work performed, including timekeeping, equipment usage, and materials consumed.
- Prepare and submit daily activity reports to the Site Superintendent or Project Manager.
- Ensure that crew members are accurately reporting hours worked and materials used.
