What we are looking for: 

• Develop detailed various trades (Civil, arch, structural and MEP) shop drawings, plans, and blueprints using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Convert conceptual designs and sketches into precise technical drawings.
• Update and modify existing drawings as needed, ensuring they reflect the latest project specifications.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand various projects' scopes.
• Coordinate with construction teams to ensure drawings are accurate and feasible for implementation.
• Assist in the review and approval process of drawings and plans with relevant authorities and clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all drawings, plans, and revisions.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.
• Prepare documentation and drawings for permit applications and regulatory approvals.
• Conduct site visits to gather data, take measurements, and observe construction progress.
• Use site information to create and update drawings, ensuring they are aligned with actual conditions.
• Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of drawings before submission.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in drawings and plans.
• Ensure all drawings meet quality standards and project requirements.
• Provide technical support and assistance to the construction team during project execution.
• Liaise with architects and engineers to gather product and structural requirements and designs.
• Prepare and review rough sketches and review them along with the engineering team.
