We are looking for a Equipment/Inventory Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the organization’s equipment and inventory operations. This role involves managing procurement, distribution, storage, and maintenance of equipment and supplies while ensuring cost-effective and efficient inventory management practices.
This position requires relocation to Kwajalein Atoll, Marshall Islands where housing is provided and likely includes future relocations to other Pacific island locations.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in inventory or equipment management.
- Proficiency in inventory management software
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and equipment availability.
- Conduct regular audits to reconcile physical inventory with system records.
- Forecast demand and restock inventory to avoid shortages or overstock.
- Oversee the maintenance, repair, and calibration of equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Schedule routine inspections and track maintenance schedules.
- Implement asset tagging and tracking systems.
- Manage the purchasing of equipment, tools, and supplies based on operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Monitor and manage the equipment and inventory budget.
- Supervise and train staff involved in inventory and equipment handling.
- Establish and enforce safety protocols for the storage and handling of equipment.
- Analyze inventory trends and prepare reports for management.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
