MVLs Kuwait JOC Secures 35 Task Orders Across Three Major Awards

Thirty-five task orders were awarded to MVL’s Kuwait Job Order Contracting team through three consecutive award rounds between September 2021 and August 2022.

The first award, received on 28 September 2021, comprised 10 infrastructure task orders. This was followed by 13 additional task orders on 30 October 2021 and a further 12 projects on 26 August 2022.

Job Order Contracting requires a highly responsive delivery model. Each task order may carry a different scope, location, schedule, technical requirement, and operational constraint, while multiple projects frequently need to be planned and executed at the same time.

Managing 35 task orders requires coordinated estimating, design review, procurement, mobilization, subcontractor management, construction, safety, quality control, and continuous communication with the client.
The successive awards reflect continued confidence in the Kuwait team’s ability to respond rapidly and manage a diverse portfolio of requirements.

Together, they represent a substantial period of growth for MVL’s Kuwait operations and demonstrate the strength of the teams and systems supporting the JOC program.
