Vicenza Army Family Housing Project Advances into Commissioning

One of MVL’s largest and most significant projects in Europe has entered the commissioning phase.

The Army Family Housing project in Vicenza, Italy, is a large-scale flagship development involving extensive construction activities, multiple buildings and systems, numerous specialist trades, and a substantial international project team.

Delivering a project of this magnitude requires close coordination across design, engineering, procurement, construction, safety, quality control, and stakeholder management. The project has now advanced into commissioning, during which its mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and other installed systems are inspected, tested, balanced, and verified against the approved requirements.
