Narrative on Experience
The project is a Design-Build effort to construct a new Consolidated Morgue and Visitation Center (Morgue) and associated site work, utilities and infrastructure. The facility is located at Kabul National Military Hospital in Kabul Afghanistan (KNMH-A), Kabul Province, Afghanistan. This project includes the construction of Morgue Bldg, Furniture, fixtures and equipment (FF&E), Dust collection system/shop equipment, and Temporary power. We also provided utilities such as water distribution, wastewater collection, electrical distribution, and OSP for communication. The electrical primary distribution system is a 20KV, and we provided a 15-20KV 400/230 volts, 50 Hz transformer to feed the secondary distribution system. Aside from the transformer, we also provided a backup generator unit to ensure an uninterrupted power supply.
