Air Traffic Control Tower and Terminal, Kwajalein

This project calls for the demolition of the existing condemned Air Traffic Control Tower at Kwajalein Atoll and the construction of a modern replacement facility. The new tower and terminal complex will provide upgraded airfield operations infrastructure, supporting both military and civilian aviation functions. Work includes site preparation, mobilization/demobilization, removal and handling of contaminated soils and groundwater, and installation of updated building systems including mechanical, electrical, fire protection, communications, cybersecurity, and security control systems. Optional components include construction of an international terminal, a pedestrian canopy, and installation of an emergency generator.
