The facility's primary purpose is to provide standard health facilities and secondary schools in the Sindhuli District of Nepal.
The buildings constructed under this project are located in seven different locations in the mountainous areas of the Sindhuli district, Nepal. The following are the area of each building constructed:
- BP Health Center - 2,184 m2 (23,509 SF) (project location elevation is 400m above sea level)
- KP Health Center - 1,443 m2 (15,532 SF) (project location elevation is 300m above sea level)
- MP Health Center - 1,086 m2 (11,690 SF) (project location elevation is 300m above sea level)
- MS Health Post - 448 m2 (4,822 SF) (project location elevation is 300m above sea level)

As part of the project MVL did renovation works for some of the buildings including retrofitting works like jacketing and grouting of adjacent structures. The total renovated area was less than 10% of the total construction of the built-up area.
MVL provided all labor, supervision, material, equipment, and other resources, as required, during reconstruction and renovation of the schools and health facilities, in accordance with the drawings and specifications. MVL also prepared and submitted the operation and maintenance manuals for all major systems and equipment to ensure the proper start-up and usability of each separate project.
